What are FROG POINTS?

FROG POINTS is a rewards program that benefits its members with points every time they shop. All members have access to birthday points, shopping points, and special gifts with purchase. Members can also earn points by performing certain actions such as writing a review, referring a friend, etc. See the next FAQ for more details on how to earn points. 

How Do I Earn FROG POINTS?

Every $1 spent = 4  points earned. Move up the VIP tier and earn higher points for ever dollar spent. Plus earn 350+ points for writing reviews. Plus for sharing and following on social media you can earn FROG POINTS! To review how many points you have accumulated, sign in to your JAIME KORNER user account and visit your account details page or when logged in you will see everything you can redeem at checkout or through the smile widget located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

How Do I Earn FROG POINTS With Reviews?

Earn 350 points for logging in and writing reviews on our website. Or after your purchase, you will get a review request email with a link (you must follow this link in the email to get points awarded to your account) where you will have the option to write a review and add a picture (earn 450 points) or add a video (earn 500 points). You can do this up to 2 times per month to earn FROG POINTS via reviews.

Do my FROG POINTS expire?

Yes, the points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points.

How Do I Enroll in the FROG POINTS Program?

Enrollment is completely free. Create an account on Survivalfrog.com and you’ll automatically be enrolled as a JAIME KORNER insider! If you have an existing account, you’re all set to start earning points. 

I Referred a Friend But Did Not Receive My Reward. Why?

Your friend must make a purchase in order for you to receive your reward.
